\nKatherine Gailer’s recent work will be exhibited as part of ‘Fifty\u00a0Shades Of Black’ @Blak Dot Gallery:\u00a0<\/span><\/em>
\n<\/strong>
\nBlak Dot Gallery<\/span><\/a><\/strong> presents \u2018Fifty Shades of Blak\u2019<\/strong><\/a> part of this years 2016 Melbourne Fringe Festival, an exhibition exploring the voices of First Nations women from across Australia and the world. An inter-cultural exchange between Australian and global First Nations women, \u2018Fifty Shades of Blak\u2019 highlights the voices of fifty visual and performing female artists, each addressing issues of stereotyping, colour coding, racism, identity and societal perceptions of First Nations women and women of colour.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As Blak Dot Gallery\u2019s first exhibition at our new premises, we warmly invite all to join us in celebration at the opening night of \u2018Fifty Shades of Blak\u2019 at Blak Dot Gallery, 33 Saxon St (via Dawson St), Brunswick.<\/span><\/p>\n
